• young ADULT RETREAT: FAITH AND SURRENDER
  
  The Young Adult Ministry of Mary, Mother of the Church invites all young adults ages 18+, nested in the serenity of the Whiteshell. This will be a relaxing retreat, perfect to recharge and rest with the Lord with some fun! The retreat will take place at the scenic Camp Nutimik, Whitemouth, from Friday, May 8 to Sunday, May 10, 2026.
  
  
  
  
  
  Please arrive at Mary, Mother at 5:30pm on Friday, May 8 and arrive back at the parish by 4:30pm on Sunday, May 10.The cost is $170 and will cover all accommodation including transportation and food.  We will be using a Charter Bus to ensure quality transportation and safety during the travel. All registration information will be kept confidential and discarded after the Retreat. Mass will be celebrated at St. Emile Parish on Sunday at 3pm and will return to MMOC by 4:30pm. Vehicle owners can leave their car in the MMOC parking lot over the weekend. Please let me know if you are able to drive there and back from MMOC to St. Emile for the mass.

  ***NEW: Retreat Launch Lunch (May 3rd from 12:15-3:30pm) - This year, we will be having our Pre-Retreat Kick-off for all Retreat Participants on Sunday, May 3rd after the 12:15pm Mass. This will be a potluck, so please bring some food to share. Fr. J.B Nguyen will kick us off with the Retreat and this will be a great time to meet the other participants before our Young Adult Retreat.

  Cheques and cash payment can be dropped off at the parish office or slipped under the Youth Ministry Office Door after mass. Office hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-12pm and from 1-4:30pm.
